Yes. Buses to Brickell, South Beach, Midtown and Aventura are conveniently located at the Omni station bus stop, just a two-minute walk from The Grand. Omni Station also offer the convenience of a free metro mover to Downtown Miami. You can also find a free trolley service to Downtown, Brickell and Midtown.

Yes. However, resident parking is only provided to guests staying 7 days or more. Residents parking fee is $90/stay regardless the length of your stay. Valet parking is available for all other guests at $30/day.

There are also two parking lots around the property and plenty of street parking (rates may vary).

Yes. Our office is located suite #240 on the 2nd floor of the retail area of the building. Our office is open Monday through Saturday – 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

Please, visit our office located on the 2nd floor of the retail area, suite 240 to check-in (take the escalator in the retail area and turn left, pass the glass doors and our office will be right ahead). We will remit you your keys and will make you sign the registration paper.

On your check-out day, please visit our office to remit the keys and fobs.

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11:00 am.

Even if our office is closed you can check-in or check-out 24/7.
If you plan on arriving after office hours, please inform us as soon as possible. We will then leave your keys and fobs a in one of the lockboxes attached to the wall inside our office lobby. All instructions will be given to you 24 hours prior to your check-in date.

If you need to checkout before the office opening hour, please inform us and leave your keys in the key drop-off box located inside our office lobby.

Early check-in and late check-out are available if possible. It all depends if the apartment booked have another check-out on the day of your arrival or a check-in on the day of your departure. Please inquire with our office for early check-in or late check-out availabilities.

No. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies. A fee will be charges if evidence of non-respect of this rule are found.

Despite our love for furry animals, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

No. No parties or gathering allowed. Violators of this rule will be escorted out of the property without any possibility of refund.

Towels, linen, coffee machine, toaster, plates, glasses and silverware, full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi and phone for internal and free local calls.

Your access fob will grant you access to the building, the pool area and the fitness center.

The fitness center is located on the second floor of the retail area, by our office.

The pool and jacuzzies are is located on the 10th floor.

Your reservation only includes your departure cleaning fee. We can provide maid services during your stay on request, at extra cost.

We can provide baby cribs and baby chairs on request. However, since the supply is limited, please let us know as soon as possible.

As soon as you have validated your reservation, your card will be processed, and you will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation.

A security deposit is charged to guarantee your reservation.

  • In case of cancellation 30 days or more before your check-in date, we will refund 100% of your booking.
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to your check-in, the security deposit will be kept, and we will refund you the remaining reservation cost.
  • In case of no-show, the whole reservation amount will be kept, and no refund will be given.

A security deposit is also used to cover any eventual damages caused to the apartment during your stay. Upon check-out, an inspection of your apartment will be conducted, and any eventual damages will be assessed. In case of damages, you will we will e-mail you an invoice and will deduct it from your security deposit.

The security deposit is refunded within 3 to 5 business days of your check-out date.

  • In case of cancelation 15 days or more before your check-in date: No penalty. A full refund will be issued
  • In case of cancellation less than 15 days before your check-in date: The security deposit will be considered as a cancelation penalty and will not be refunded. A refund for the balance of your reservation will be processed.
  • In case of no-show: A penalty of 100% of the whole reservation will be charged. No refund will be issued.
